Market update for April. Prices are up compared to last month but down compared to the previous year. I am seeing an increase in activity with many properties either quickly going pending or seeing many offers. The spring market is here, so I hope that more homes come on the market soon, to allow for a more balanced market.
Generalizations are great for water cooler talk but remember, real estate is local, right down to your neighbourhood. What is true for one end of Edmonton, might not be true for another area of the City.
